Here is a method that works.

First go to Text Editor for Windows and Linux
and download Editpad.

Install this text editor.
Now go to your novel. Click on the page.
Edit - Select All - Copy

Paste in Editpad
Then try printing 1 page. OK?
The rest is yours!
